Simple herbal formula gently wipes away excess oil and debris and lightly hydrates skin.  Soothes and normalizes skin with organic aloe.  Refreshes with natural witch hazel extract and lavender water.  Contains no alcohol and no added fragrance.  Prepares skin for better absorption of moisturiser.  Suitable for Vegans.

To use: shake well before using.  After cleansing, apply toner to cotton ball and wipe across face and neck.
