GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
'We' or 'Us' refers to naturallyTejas.com. ‘You’ refers to the person whose order is accepted by naturallyTejas.com.
2. DELIVERY
We aim to despatch all orders paid by credit/debit card within 7 days of receipt of your order, subject to availability. Orders received on a non-working day will be despatched 7 days after the next working day.
Orders paid by cheque require several days for clearance and are then despatched 7 days after the funds have cleared into our account.
Should a product that you order be out of stock, we will contact you and inform you of when it will be available. You will then have the option to either cancel the order or have it delivered as and when it becomes available.
All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. If your delivery does not arrive within 10 days of placing your order, please call us on 0845 456 4187(+44 208 2154 710 if calling from outside UK).
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt of order. Please note that for this reason, we cannot accept P.O. Box numbers as the delivery address.
If you are unable to sign for your parcel, the postman should leave written information on where and when you should collect it. If you do not collect your parcel within a specified timeframe (usually 7 days), the parcel will be returned to us and you will need to arrange with us for a new delivery and you will have to pay the postage costs incurred in resending the parcel.
We will make sure that your order is sent in packaging designed to ensure its safe arrival.
International Orders.
At present we deliver only to UK and European Union Countries. We will soon be able to deliver to International locations. So do check back or email us on info@naturallyTejas.com for further details.
3. DELIVERY CHARGES
UK
Post and Package charge to any UK address is £ 3.99. Free delivery for all UK* orders over & £75. * includes Channel Islands and Isle of Man
EUROPE
Post and Package to within the EU is £8.99
Please also note that the prices listed in Euros (€) are for guidance only. As the Rate of Exchange changes daily, our prices may not reflect current exchange rates at any given time.
Prevailing Exchange Rates will be applied automatically when you checkout.
Please note that naturallyTejas.com is not liable for any duties or taxes imposed by local authorites in the destination countries. Please contact your local customs office to clarify any queries regarding import duty.
4. PRICES
naturallyTejas.com has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. All our prices are shown in Pound Sterling and exclude post and package charges. Prices may change over time and include VAT at 17.5%
5. PRODUCTS
naturallyTejas.com purchases its products directly from the manufacturers or authorised distributors, thus guaranteeing you the highest quality. Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that all product descriptions and colours are as accurate as possible, displaying true colour matches of products is not always possible because each computer displays colours in slightly different ways.
6. HOW TO ORDER
You can place your order securely through this website and pay with credit/debit card or cheque. See payment terms below for more details. 7. PAYMENT
Payments for your purchases can be made by cheque, credit/debit card. Select the appropriate payment method when placing your order. If any of these payment methods are unsuitable, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss other payment options.
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Switch & Delta cards. Please ensure that all the details you enter are correct. Incorrect or incomplete details will delay the processing of your order.
If you wish to pay by cheque, please send us your cheque together with your order number on the back of the cheque to the address below. Your order number and instructions are provided when placing your order. Cheques should be made payable to:

Please ensure that your cheque is correctly signed and dated, and that you write your cheque guarantee number and card expiry date on the back. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the funds have cleared into our bank account.
8. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you place an order with us, you will receive written confirmation by e-mail or post confirming that your order has been received and that it is being processed.
9. CANCELLATIONS
If, for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you have the right to do so within 7 days after the date of receipt of your order. Please call us on 0845 456 4187 (+44 208 2154 710 if calling from outside UK) as soon as possible so that we may cancel your order and give you the address details of where to return your order. Should you decide to cancel, you are responsible for taking care of the goods and goods should be returned in the same condition as you receive them, in their original packing.
10. RETURNS Returns should be wrapped securely in the same packaging in which you received them. You will be responsible for the shipping cost and ensuring that the goods arrive in perfect condition. We suggest that you send returns using recorded or special delivery and retain original proof of posting. naturallyTejas.com is not liable for the cost of returning any goods.
naturallyTejas.com will refund you the amount of your purchase (excluding the post and packaging charge of delivering you the goods) within 30 days of the date the notice of cancellation is received. Refunds to you will be made using the same method that you used for payment.
11. DAMAGED ITEMS If you receive an item that is damaged, please call us within 2 working days on 0845 456 4187 (+44 208 2154 710 if calling from outside UK) or email us at sales@naturallyTejas.com and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered at no extra cost. You may be asked to send back the damaged item in its original packaging, so please retain the goods until you speak to one of our Sales Advisors.
We hope that you are satisfied with each of the products you have purchased. If you are not, please call us on 0845 456 4187 (+44 208 2154 710 if calling from outside UK) within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Please email us or call us before sending any goods back to us.
12. STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions of Sale affects or will affect the statutory rights of the Customer in relation to the quality, fitness or description of the goods supplied.
13. LAW
Any dispute to be governed by English Law.
14. PRIVACY POLICY
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in future unless you have given us your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will correct or delete it promptly.
